On 16th August 2016, the pupils of the Junior Company project visited the Bergschenhoek Groep B.V. The pupils could see the company from the school but they did not know which products or services the company provides.

On 23 June 2016, the Bergschenhoek Groep organised a Pension Information Evening. All employees aged 58 and above were invited to attend this evening. With an attendance of over 70%, the evening was a great success. During the evening, the Bergschenhoek Groep, on behalf of its subsidiaries, announced a collaboration with De Generatieregeling. 

Gerard Rook retires as Chair of the Bergschenhoek Groep B.V. Executive Board

After working for Bergschenhoek Groep B.V. for 44 years, on 11 March 2016, Gerard Rook retired as Chair of the Bergschenhoek Groep B.V. Executive Board. At the same time, Corine Rook and Jeroen Rook were both appointed as co-Chairs, and they are now jointly responsible for operational leadership.
